As an early access member, you will get an email with your login data on the drop day at 1 pm*. After 1 hour the shop is only open and accessable for early access members. The shop will be open again for everyone at 6 pm*. The limited offer works on a first come – first serve basis. ❤️

As our collections are limited, unfortunately a direct exchange of the returned item is not possible. After the package has been returned and checked, the respective credit will be transferred via the chosen method of payment. Afterwards, you can simply order said item again.

If a piece really doesn’t fit you, email order@ina-ira.com, and we will help you! The shipping costs for returns have to be paid by the customer.

Returns are accepted within 10 working days starting from the arrival. All garments must be returned unworn, in a 100% resellable condition, in their original packaging, and with all hangtags still attached.
